Sept. 18 | 10 am - 12 pm Dream Car Show Come and Meet Professionals with Dream Cars Shiloh Park Middle School. Featuring: Doctors, Lawyers, Pilots, Software Developers, and more!

We hope to see you tomorrow, Saturday, September 18, at our Dream Car Show. This free event will be from 10 am - 12 pm at 2635 Gabriel Avenue (SPMS). Not only will you get to see classic, sports, and new cars, but you can meet with the many professionals that own them. These professionals want to show their amazing dream cars and inspire District 6 students to strive for exceptional careers.

To promote the safety of those attending our Dream Car Show event, please read the following requests:

  • Parking on 27th Street and Gabriel Avenue is allowed during the Dream Car Show event.
  • The State of Illinois does not require wearing masks at outdoor events for vaccinated individuals, but at District 6, we recommend wearing masks outdoors if less than 6 feet of social distancing is being maintained, despite vaccination status. Please do your best to keep the safety of yourself and others in mind. Below is guidance from the Governor's Executive Order on wearing masks.
  • Social distancing will be observed at this event. If you are less than 6 feet from other individuals, please wear your masks. Please try not to be within 3 feet of anyone for longer than 15 minutes. 
  • Scooters, bikes, and wagons are not allowed within the parking lot.
  • Please do not touch any of the cars within the Dream Car Show.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the parking lot.
  • Anyone 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Governor's Executive Order: "Beginning on Monday, August 30, 2021, all individuals in Illinois who are age two or over and able to medically tolerate a face covering (a mask or cloth face covering) shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering when in an indoor public place. Illinoisans should also consider wearing a mask in crowded outdoor settings and for activities that involve close contact with others who are not fully vaccinated."
