STEP 1
Residency Verification


Bring the following documentation
to your child's school they will attend to
verify residency.


current lease/mortgage or current
tax bill in the name of the parent/guardian
and

Current gas/electric/water bill or public aid cards (Medicaid or WIC) in the name of the parent/guardian
and
show a valid driver's license, State ID or Voter Registration Card
and
birth certificate with an official seal

A hospital certificate is not sufficient
(We will make a copy and return your original.)

If you do not own or rent property
a form is available here for the 
OWNERS of the property to complete.

This form must be notarized.


STEP 2

Register Online


You will be provided a 
registration 
letter with your individual Snapcode to complete our online registration.


Select the link below to begin the online registration process.


Once you enter your SnapCode, 
you will be prompted to set 
up an InfoSnap account.


An email will be REQUIRED 
to create your InfoSnap account.


If you do not have an email account, 
you can create one by selecting

Complete Required Forms

Packet includes medical, 
dental, and vision forms, 
district maps, and 
free/reduced lunch 
applications.
